What is outdoor wellness?

Outdoor Wellness sessions blend of movement, breath, mindfulness, and time in nature.

It’s about presence in our own body, mind and breath while connecting to the beauty of the world around us.

Through a wide array of options like guided forest bathing, outdoor yoga, breathwork, mindful walking, sea dips, saunas and hikes you’re invited to slow down, engage your senses, and experience the landscape in a more intentional way.

Every session is different, we love a good theme because it gives purpose and intention. 

Sessions take place in woodlands, coastal areas, and natural settings around Ballina, Enniscrone and the wider North West of Ireland.

A SLOWER WAY TO BE OUTDOORS

YOGA - SAUNA - DIP

A relaxed yoga flow with grounding meditation and breathwork for cold water immersion at Roots Wellness Studio.

Followed by a Sauna Session at West coast sauna for some hot and cold therapy.

Finishing with some herbal teas and treats around the fire pit.
