Honouring your body & mind
These classes are ideal if you’re new to yoga, returning after a break, or simply want to move at a slower pace.
Expect gentle, mindful movement with plenty of time to breathe, pause, and listen to your body. Options are always offered, and there’s no pressure to push or perform.

These classes offer a little more movement and energy, while still keeping a calm and mindful approach.
You’ll move through simple sequences linked with breath, helping to build gentle strength, mobility, and focus, without rushing or strain.

If you’re feeling tired, overwhelmed, or in need of deep rest, these classes are designed to help you fully unwind.
Practices are mostly floor-based and supported with blankets and bolsters, with longer periods of stillness, guided relaxation, and elements of self-care.

Men’s classes offer a relaxed, practical approach to yoga in a male-only environment. These sessions focus on mobility, flexibility, stress relief, and everyday wellbeing, without expectation or pressure to be “good at yoga”
These classes focus on easy movements to get your body warmed up, a mix of stretches and mobility drills that loosen up tight spots, working on strength, flexibility and balance
This type of class is ideal for men looking to improve their physical fitness while also developing greater body awareness and mental discipline. It’s challenging yet accessible, catering to both beginners and experienced practitioners.
Tuesdays 7:45pm

A super chilled class for you and your baby to move, stretch, and just be together in whatever way works for you that day. It’s a mix of gentle yoga, connection, and giving yourself space to breathe (literally and figuratively).
This class is as much about you as it is about your baby. It’s a lovely way to ease back into movement, look after your body, and meet other parents in the same season of life. Expect a warm, supportive vibe with lots of giggles, stretches, and baby coos. Come as you are, messy bun, trackie bottoms, muslin cloth and all. Feed them, change them, cuddle them, anything goes. There’s zero pressure to do it all or get it “right.”
